One or two tablespoonfuls of this oil will be just enough for the daily ratio. You can either use it with sweet items or apply it to garlic and onion sauces.

Lingonberries

It’s not a secret that berries are just great for any kind of illness. And these berries are not an exception. Instead, these are just even better than the rest of the members of their family. The use of the seeds is strictly dietary. You need to use a few tablespoons of it, adding warm water over and drinking before the absorption of the water.

Turmeric

This Indian spice is a great antioxidant and antiseptic. It is also considered to be a great product for reducing the possibility of getting cancer. And it’s frequently used with ayuveda medicine. You don’t necessary need to go into the traditional medicine, but can consume it for its great taste. You can use it as a dressing with salads, veggies and even meat.

Eggs

Hearing egg-white diet hearts the ears after you find the real benefits of the egg yolk. Those are not only rich in vitamins A, D, E, B6 and even B12, but also calcium, magnesium and minerals. So what’s the reason of skipping them? Those are also great eye view constant savers for a long period.  You can use eggs either for breakfast or lunch.

Sweet Potatoes

Potato can be eaten for all meals. And these great purple potatoes are rich in beta-carotene, vitamin A and serve as great antioxidants. Vitamin C is also one of the highlights of the product. The purple potatoes are harder to find, so you can replace them with orange option. You can bake them, mash them, or steam.

Red Wine

Enough of food, there comes the queen drink. Red wine is so rich in anything that there’s just no need to state its benefits. It’s good enough to know that even pregnant women are advised to consume it. Just go grab your glass. And do not forget about drinking no more than you need.
