Yummy Smoothie Recipes to Try

Smoothies aren’t just for summer! This fall season, check out these recipes and see what could soothe your next smoothie craving.

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
Not only are peanut butter and bananas a classic in smoothie history, they’re also nutritious, tasty, and easy to make. Add chopped banana into the blender, top it up with a tablespoon of peanut butter and blend until smooth. Voila! PB & B smoothie all set and ready.

Kiwi and Berry Smoothie
Add one cup of frozen kiwis, one cup of frozen blueberries, and one cup of milk (optional) into a blender, and blend until smooth. This is a perfect midday surprise for kids — probably your boyfriend, too.

Peaches and Blueberries
Similar to the Kiwi and Berry Smoothie, this recipe maximizes those frozen fruits that you bought on impulse from Target several weekends ago. Add frozen peaches and frozen blueberries to a blender and blend until smooth. Drink up and be happy!

Oatmeal Smoothie
Oatmeal smoothies can be a great alternative for breakfast, thanks to their high levels of vitamin B, iron and fiber. Add rolled oats (or instant oats, if you don’t have rolled ones), milk, yogurt and honey, and blend until smooth. Spice it with some cinnamon too, if you wish.

Mango and Lime Smoothie
This simple recipe uses chopped mango, yogurt, milk, honey, and a trickle of lime juice. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Almond Milk and Cherry
Lovers of cherries and all things almonds, we haven’t forgotten you! Add cherries, honey, yogurt and almond milk to your blender. Hit Blend. You’re welcome.
