Well, many of us like grill and know somehow how to make it, but believe, these grill recipes approved by Dr. Oz taste fantastically delicious! These recipes include ribs, sounds catching yeah? Appetizers

The main ingredient here is the avocado, which is source of many vitamins, so the start will be tasty and healthy at the same time. For making 3 cups or just 6 appetizer servings you will need:

  • 6 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 4 jalapeño chiles, stemmed, seeded, and finely diced

  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

To make it, cut the avocados into quarters and remove the seeds. Peel and put all of them in a bowl and mash with fork to make it chunky. At the end, add the rest of the ingredients and have it done! Serve just right at the moment!

Actually there is nothing difficult about making it, but this simple sauce prevents you from overeating, which is pretty possible when eating grills. To make it you will need:

  • 1/4 cup rosemary
  • 6-8 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • Zest of one orange and one lemon, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • Pinch of salt

All you have to do is to mix all the ingredients together and cover the meat! That makes the meat amazingly yummy.

Where we go without drinks, nowhere for sure! Just imagine a grill day without cocktails or drinks…. That would not be a real grilling! So let’s go through a cocktail that will be perfect for any grill party! It is named hangover cure prickly pear cocktail, a perfect solution to hangover – all that part-people need! Sounds interesting, let’s uncover it! All you need is:

  • 8 oz prickly pear juice
  • 8 oz lemonade
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint

Actually there is nothing to do, just blends all with ice and it is ready to serve and enjoy!

Desserts

For a perfect end of your grilling day you need a tasty dessert, which shouldn’t be very filling, just for making the end of the day a bit sweeter. For example, you may try this nutter butter ice cream! The ingredients are as follows:

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 4 tbsp raw almond or cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or favorite sweetener
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • And the ingredients for the sauce are as follows:
  • 1 tbsp raw chocolate powder
  • 1 tsp raw almond butter
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews or almonds chopped
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt

First, mix the ingredients in the processor until it becomes creamy and then leave it aside in a medium bowl. Pass to make the sauce! Here you just need to mix the ingredients together to make a one whole! For the end, stir it into the nutter butter ice cream and have it done! Time to serve!
