Coconut Popsicles

An easy yet super tasty way to deal with summer heat!

Ingredients:
1 can full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup cacao or cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup

Blend all ingredients together for like a minute and pour the mixture into ice cream pop molds. You can also add some dark chocolate on the mixture for extra flavor.

 

Blueberries Popsicles

A delicious recipe that will become your favorite one!

Ingredients:
1 can of full fat coconut milk unsweetened
1 1/2 cup blueberries
2-3 T maple syrup

Pull all ingredients together and mix for a while. Once you think it is ready taste it and if you find it sweet enough then pour on the popsicle molds to serve it.

 

Orange Popsicles

Only the idea of having orange used for popsicles makes you excited doesn’t it? Well why not try?

2 cup unsweetened orange juice

3/4 cup plain yogurt

2 – 3 tablespoons raw runny honey, or organic agave nectar, or coconut nectar, etc.
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 drops liquid vanilla stevia

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, then pour the mixture into popsicle molds and let it freeze for a night so it is ready to be served the next day.

 

Strawberries and Raspberries Popsicles

Rich in vitamins this appears one of the greatest options to deal with hot sunny days.

Ingredients:
1 box ripe strawberries
1 small box raspberries
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp agave nectar or honey

Squash strawberries and raspberries until completely blended. Make sure you completely discard the seeds. Now you can mix lemon juice and agave/honey and pour into popsicle molds and whoala! Enjoy!

 

Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

1 cup dairy-free yogurt
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice (from 2 to 4 limes)
3 tablespoons organic sugar or agave nectar

Blend all the ingredients together and poor into popsicle molds, then leave it in the refrigerator for a while to let it be frozen and enjoy the refreshing taste!

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
1 can full fat coconut milk
1-2 tbsp agave nectar
2 tsp vanilla extract
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp coconut oil

Blend strawberries until smooth Add coconut milk, agave nectar, and vanilla and continue until you’re done. What you need to do next is poor it into popsicle molds and place in freezer until frozen. Right after melt together chocolate and coconut oil and combine them then melt the mixture into a microwave. On the last step, dip the frozen creamsicles into melted chocolate and put on cookie sheet.

 

Grapes and Blueberries Popsicles

Ingredients:
1 c. frozen blueberries
1 c. baby kale leaves
2 c. organic purple grape juice

Blend all the ingredients together and wait until the mixture is ready. Then poor it into popsicle molds and let the mixture freeze well.
