Glittery Tie-Dye Nail Art
Tools Needed:
• Base coat
• topcoat
• neutral nail polish
• three bright nail polish colors of your preference
• toothpick
• glitter
• scrap of paper (to use as a palette)
Step1: Apply the base coat, let it dry and then go ahead and apply two coats of the neutral color.
Step2: Now pick a color of your preference and add few dots on your nail. What you have to do on next is dip a small brush into acetone and dap over the dots in order to create the watercolor effect. Repeat this process with two other colors. For an eye-catching result you can go for a neon color. Of course, pick colors that match together perfectly so you’ll have a balanced style.
Step3: Now add glitter pieces on the nail. This is easy, all you have to do is put a little of topcoat on a slip of paper then dip the toothpick in it and use the toothpick to pick up the glitter. Feel free to add the glitter the way you want. In fact you can do stripes or zigzag lines if symmetrical effect is what you want to create.
